When leaving the program, they will be empowered with knowledge, so their actions and mentality of worth ethics will strengthen and become sustainable in their community.

A New Beginning for a New You. Professional attire is leased out for interviews, and a week’s worth of interchangeable outfits once the job is landed. You must go through our program to visit the Career Closet. You will learn the do’s & dont’s of corporate dressing.
How the Career Closet Works
1. Call to set up an appointment, stop by the NLCDC front desk during open hours, and ask to use the Career Closet.
2. Browse and try on our selection of clothing items, including shirts, pants, skirts, blazers, dress shoes, and more!
3. Check out items for an interview.
4. Choose up to 3 items to check out for after employment!
